Green Go, Nightwood, SVC Ticket + Prize Pack Contest – ENDED

The winner of our latest contest is none other than Sébastian Hell! Congratulations ! You and a friend will be seeing Green Go, Nightwood and Sandman Viper Command live this Sunday at Green Room and you will leave the show with a whole bunch of new tunes to listen to. Sébastian gave these 5 bands as his top 5 up and coming bands for 2010:

5. Rape Faction – formerly members of The Nevers, these kids are the best Canadian band in a long, long while
4. Thunder Bay – 5 legends of Montréal’s underground scene together to ROCK
3. Gigi French, Red Mass and local superstar goes French – this looks like the Coeur De Pirate of 2010, with ballz
2. Nightwood, the two-girl vocal assault/activists/film addicts will take its place in the indie vocabulary
1. Dead Messenger, Montréal’s best live band will finally get recognized as a decent recording act
