Tonight’s The Night!
We have some of Montreal’s finest talent on board to play some very special holiday tunes for you, along with some of their original music. You can expect to hear short sets by Baltimore Washington Brandes (of The Unsettlers) along with Frenchwestindies, Burls, Bud Rice, Cab and Bad Weather. Spinning some holiday tunes with a twist between sets will be UK born DJ Irk. The price of entry is $5.00 which will be donated to one of our city’s most admirable non-profit organizations, Eleven Eleven Animal Rescue. This organization specializes in the rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing of animals of all shapes and stripes and we are so thrilled to be able to give all the proceeds from the show to this most worthy organization.
This wouldn’t be a true holiday show without some gifts would it? In the spirit of the season we will also be giving away some fabulous prizes furnished by local record labels Arbutus Records and Semprini Records along with Montreal based charity organization The Yellow Bird Project and Eleven Eleven Animal Rescue.
Tonight will be a night full of holiday cheer, hot beverages, baked goods, and special acoustic style performances by some of Montreal’s best musicians. This is one special event you won’t want to miss out on. Come spin a dreidel, nibble a candy cane, and sing the night away to some classic holiday jingles we all know and love, while supporting a great cause.
