It’s that time again. We have made it a MYATS tradition to give away a prize to every hundredth twitter follower. For our 400th follower we gave away a big pile of CDs courtesy of Barsuk Records. For our 500th follower we gave away a gorgeous lap top case courtesy of PKG. Well we are now rapidly approaching our 600th twitter follower and that only means one thing….more prizes!
This time around we are teaming up with one of our favourite local charity organizations, The Yellow Bird Project, who will be giving away a very special prize to lucky number 600. YBP is a Montreal based charity that works with bands and artists that we all know and love in creating a t-shirt design, with all profits from the sales going to a charity of the band’s choosing. More recently the organization has branched out into new and exciting terrain. A little while ago they released The Indie Rock Coloring Book and this May they will be releasing their second book called The Indie Rock Poster Book. Heck, they’ve even just released their very own tea series!
