Osheaga in the City

It’s all going to start off in the city on July 27th with an electro/synth/bass party at the newly renovated SAT, featuring The Glitch Mob, Com Truise and everyone’s favorite duo – Phantogram.

The next night you can head on over to either the Corona Theatre for some good old indie pop with Freedom or Death and Jokers of the Scene, or to Sala Rossa for GOBBLE GOBBLE, accompanied by hometown favourites Pat Jordache and Grimes.

And finally, after three days of wicked music in the sun, this year’s Osheaga Fest will end with James Murphy and Pat Mahoney’s side project called Special Disco Version playing live at L’Olympia on Saturday the 30th. You may may know the duo better from their other band, LCD Soundsystem.

All in all, it’s looking as if the Osheaga folks are pulling out all the stops this year with a completely insane lineup for both the in the city and the Parc Jean Drapeau portions of the festival.
