Paper Lions At The Belmont Tonight!
Yes, this does mean they’re bringing some oysters with them (I swear); so if you want in on the goodness, I suggest you attend their show tonight, at The Belmont! They’ll also be playing a bunch of new songs from their upcoming in-progress LP; you can probably still get a hold of a copy of their Trophies EP at the show, though. There’s an event page on Facebook for it if you’d like to check it out, here. Tickets are a mere 15.90$ in advance and you can still grab a few, here. If not, be at the Belmont early to snag one for yourself before they run out! Doors are at 6:30pm. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve actually been craving a lightly seasoned, fresh Malpeque for a while now. Paper Lion‘s drummer, David MacDonald, pretty much consolidated this for me in the most entertaining of manners, in the video below. Check it out for yourselves!
