We took the time to sit down with Australian electro trio Art vs. Science this week and have a chat with vocalist and keyboardist Jim Finn. These guys have toured with big names such as Chemical Brothers and La Roux, and are going to be in town this Thursday, October 27th at Club Lambi. Their recent album The Experiment peaked at #2 on the Australian charts, and they are known to be one of their country’s best live acts. There was a lot of talk about performance and dancing, so it is sure to be a night of fun and dancing. Interview: The Temper Trap

Tonight is a very special night in Montreal, and no it has nothing to do with hockey. Tonight will mark Australian powerhouse The Temper Trap‘s first ever show in Montreal as they will be playing at The Cabaret on the second Canadian stop in their current tour which will take them all around the world in the span of five months. As a preview for the show we had a chance to catch up with the band’s bassist Jonathon Aherne, who let us in on what the band has been up to lately, along with some insight on the Australian music scene as well as what life has been like since the release of their debut album, Conditions.
