The second day of Pop Montreal takes place this year on Thursday, September 30th. While day one offered us some really interesting shows we are going to go out on a limb and say day 2 at Pop Montreal this year will be the best day of the festival. Dirty Projectors and Bjork Team Up For EP
In what is the Dirty Projectors‘ first new recording since the release of the critically acclaimed Bitte Orca, this time around the band has teamed up with none other than Icelandic experimental pop queen Bjork in the creation of Mount Wittenberg Orca. Misfits – Le National – Saturday, June 19th, 2010
On Saturday night, the Misfits brought Halloween early this year to Montreal. Droves of kids and adults wearing Misfits t-shirts created a ghoulish atmosphere around the hosting venue, Le National, but before the legendary Misfits would take the stage, we would hear from three opening bands, and they were all from Montreal.
