This Week in Montreal
We’ve got yet another incredible week of shows lined up in Montreal this week. While you may notice the week will start off a little slow, by the end of the week there are so many great shows happening you’re not gonna know what to do with yourself. Take this Thursday for example. Are you going to go see Horse Feathers at Divan Orange, Timber Timbre & The Luyas at La Tulipe, The Album Leaf & Sea Wolf at the Cabaret or Joseph Arthur at La Sala Rossa. Who was it that said music is most meaningful when it arouses some of your deepest emotions? I think that might have been me, but either way, Montreal collective Murder Ford Monument‘s debut, self-titled LP is one of those albums that is best enjoyed when you invest yourself in it, rather than having it as casual background music.
