This Week in Montreal
Forgive the good ol’ saying that less is more. For this week in Montreal is packed with shows that are just too exciting to pass up. You just might have some tough decisions to make. Will it be the kitschy and quirky Fiery Furnaces or the raucous Ted Leo & the Pharmacists on Tuesday June 22nd? Will you be seeing Montreal’s Plants and Animals or Think About Life on Friday June 25rd? Having trouble deciding, like me? Toss a coin! If those decisions are just eating you up inside, then checking out Canadian folk siren Basia Bulat on June 25, 26 0r 27 is a surefire, and less stress-inducing, bet. Keep on reading for some highlights of shows happening this week around Montreal, including Dinosaur Bones, Born Ruffians and Young Galaxy.

Think About Life Release New Video For “Havin’ My Baby”
Montreal’s Think About Life have just released a brand new video for the insanely catchy “Havin’ My Baby” from their debut album, Family. This song is one of the most exciting songs released within the last year so it’s only fitting that they made it into a video. While you may be expecting to see Martin Cesar and company playing instruments and dancing around like they do during their amazing live performances, you will be surprised to see that not one band member is present in this video. That doesn’t make this video any less fun however.
